Service scope
My Arbitr Tech FZE organises data, digital tools and business processes. Legal opinions, representation and regulated actions are separately agreed with the appropriate provider. Licensed scope, conflicts and delivery feasibility are checked before work is accepted.
Enquiry and agreement
An enquiry and MA-… reference confirm receipt, not court proceedings or acceptance of an unspecified order. Provider, scope, deliverable, timing, fee, applicable taxes, acceptance and third-party costs are agreed before paid work. Each engagement requires separate acceptance.
Price, payment and confirmation
Proposal currency: AED. These are indicative ranges, not a fixed price for every case. The final amount and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Third-party court, legal, translation and other costs are included only if expressly stated. Online payments are not enabled yet. Written order and payment confirmation is sent by email within one working day of funds being confirmed. Cardholders should retain transaction records and order terms. This website does not request card details.
Inputs and materials
The client provides accurate information and is authorised to share it. Do not submit passwords, OTPs, card numbers or documents through public forms. Self-checks use your assumptions and do not verify registers, assets, signatures or legal eligibility.
Professional involvement
Recipient, authority, necessary data and engagement model are agreed before materials are passed to another professional. Their fees are not automatically included in My Arbitr fees. Court outcomes, timing, recovery and decisions by banks or regulators are not guaranteed.
Use rules
For users aged 18+. Unlawful activity, evasion of sanctions or payment restrictions, misrepresentation and unauthorised access are prohibited. We do not accept work prohibited by applicable law or relevant payment-provider restrictions.
Law and enquiries
The provider is domiciled in the UAE and UAE law applies, subject to mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules. Contact ok@myarbitr.ae. An individual agreement may clarify dispute handling without overriding mandatory rights. Version: 28 September 2026.
