What we collect and why
Your name, contact, topic and optional description are used to review the request and respond. We also record language, page, advertising URL parameters if present and consent.
Processing location
The form sends data over HTTPS to a database on a server in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The team uses a separate password to view enquiries. This version does not accept document uploads or automatically send enquiry text to AI providers.
Notifications and providers
When email or Telegram is configured, staff notifications contain only a reference and a link to the protected inbox, not the enquiry text. Email correspondence is processed by the selected mail provider.
Retention and requests
Information is used to review your enquiry and perform agreed work. Contact ok@myarbitr.ae to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable record-retention and information-protection requirements.
Analytics and calculator
This version has no advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts or marketing cookies. Calculator values are processed only in your browser.
Optional AI assistant
When enabled, the selected external provider (OpenAI or DeepSeek) is disclosed before a question is submitted and consent is requested. The question text is sent; customer leads are not automatically shared. We do not save chat text in our database. Provider retention and international processing policies may apply. Do not send personal documents or secrets. Use the contact form to reach a person. Operational logs contain event codes and request counters, not conversations.
